Please join us on the 17th of November when the Dot Fulfillment Services

in conjunction with the OC Marketing & Advertising Association
will host a lunch & learn seminar at our Santa Ana headquarters.
Meeting Topic: Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles

Many companies have embraced Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles. This talk will explain what these techniques are, why it's an imperative in today's world, and what you can do about it.

Kaizen, a Japanese term meaning "change for the better", refers to a philosophy or approach that focuses on continuous process improvement. When applied to business and the workplace, Kaizen aims to eliminate process waste, encourage participation of employees, and improve quality and productivity.

This talk will cover an overview of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen, present some case studies, and provide tools to assess how you can determine whether it's right for your operation, and how you can get started.

What you'll take away…

•  A better understanding of Lean Manufacturing & Kaizen

•  Real examples of what other types of businesses have done.

•  Ways you can bring Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen into your operation.
